Misc. Activities Participation
- Sew at the Good Samaritan Society when called.
- Prayer & Self-Denial offering in February or March.
- Thanks Offering in October or November.
- Thank You Plates assembled and delivered in December each year to all our members over 80.
- Donate $100.00 per month to the Food Pantry at the Depot Exchange/Thrift Store.

Creation Days
Scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of each month to work on Mission projects. Creation days are held in Fellowship Hall once a month. We spend the day working on quilts and other sewing projects. The finished projects will be used as gifts, Mission donations, or sold to support mission work. This event has been going well. We can always use more volunteer workers. Last year we gave away or sold 45 plus quilts. Remember: 3rd Tuesday of each month at 9:00. Come and join us! If you can tie a knot you can help us. So, if you like to sew and you would like to be apart of this wonderful monthly event, please feel free to stop in on the scheduled days.

QUIET BREAKFAST
We will again be holding this Lenten Quiet breakfast to celebrate lent. Please notify Melba (822-6907) or the church office (822-6797) for your reservation. It will at Cantebury Gardens again this year, March 4th, 9:30.
PLEASE NOTE
ALL women of the church (members and friends) are a part of this new beginning Unit of the Fennimore United Methodist Women. Circles have been eliminated.
I would like to Thank those of you that came to the reorganizational/planning meeting on January 14th. Program for the year was planned and it sounds as if we will have a great year of changes. We will be having a night meeting 4 times per year plus our other fund raising activities. We always need your input, so let us know how you feel – both pro and con.
We will continue our work at the Depot Exchange on the 2nd Monday monthly – 4:00 to 6:30 – then food and fellowship at Friederick’s.
Due to many date conflicts, the Mother/Daughter banquet is scheduled for a Sunday night, May 2nd, at this point. Chief chef is out of town so things might change when he returns. You will be notified IF date is changed.
We are looking forward to seeing many new faces at our scheduled meetings this year. Let’s all get together and make it a banner year for FUMW.
