THE LORD’S LUAU (Rally Day)

Our theme for Rally Day, or “Back to Church Sunday” is The Lord’s Luau, therefore, get out the Hawaiian Shirts, Bermuda Shorts, Grass Skirts & Coconuts out, we’re having a Luau.  The potluck & activities will be themed to a Luau with much fun & excitement, please join us for the potluck immediately following the church service.  Following the potluck we will have activities for all ages including Crafts, Coconut Races, Treasure Hunt, Limbo, Hoola-Hoop Contest, Hang 10, Flipper Races, cards, Bingo and much more. 
 
VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT – We’re having a CO-ED “BEACH” volleyball tournament, get your church co-ed team together & lets have some fun!  Please contact Bree Schneider or Glen Klais ASAP to get your team registered.     
 
“SAND” CASTLE CREATION CONTEST- As in the past one of the favorite activities is a contest, so we’re bringing it back.  To go along with the Luau theme we are having a “Sand” Castle Creation contest.  To enter into the contest we will need to have your creation here by 8:15 Sunday Morning 9/12 and a brief description of what its made out of & who participated in its making!  SIMPLE!  This is open to everyone of all ages, be creative & have fun!!!   Your creation can be made of anything (cardboard, Styrofoam cups, cake, Legos, food, whatever) but needs to represent a sand castle creation.  We’re looking forward to some creative castles!  Prizes will be awarded at the end of the church service & everyone gets to vote!!!!!   If you have any questions, please contact Renee Zintz.
